The Shreve family is an amazing family, but I'm a little biased because they have the cutest little boy - who just so happens to be Lily's boyfriend. He is almost 2 months older than her, but they sure connect and are enamored with each other. Lily was so excited to go to the baptism so that she could see Caleb, and (of course) Josh. In fact, Lily was so excited that she secretly snuck out one night and bought cookies from Costco for Josh's baptism. She wanted to add her own personal touch and show Josh how much she loved him and how proud she was of him.
Michal happens to be the Shreve's home-teacher and really has a lot of respect for Josh because he is (as Michal puts it) "really noble." I admire Marin because she is real, wears her heart on her sleeve, and isn't afraid of being true to herself. She is someone who is a great example of showing how people can change and what they can become when they live the gospel.
Shreve family - thanks for being awesome friends. And Josh, congratulations on getting baptized! We love you and are so happy for you and for what's to come!
